Jason A. Zendeh Del

Jason A. Zendeh Del is one of the founding members of The Zen Law Firm. His practice primarily focuses on protecting the rights of individuals and corporations who need aggressive and creative representation.

Mr. Zendeh Del is a native Texan. He was born and raised on the Gulf Coast in Galveston, but also spent much of his time on the family ranch in the Texas Hill Country. He attended Baylor University, where he graduated from the prestigious Hankamer School of Business in only three years with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree with double majors in Finance and Real Estate.

After Baylor University, Mr. Zendeh Del attended South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas, one of the top trial advocacy schools in the nation. There, he was recognized as a distinguished student, completed the Pro Bono Honors Program, and gained valuable experience working with both the Harris County Attorney's Office (civil) and the Harris County District Attorney's Office (Criminal).

Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Zendeh Del quickly built an exceptional career as a prosecutor, first with Fort Bend County and then with the Tarrant County District Attorney's Office, working under the legendary District Attorney Tim Curry. In his time as a prosecutor for the State of Texas, Mr. Zendeh Del handled thousands of criminal cases and hundreds of trials, earning the respect of colleagues and judges across the state.

In 2007, Mr. Zendeh Del was selected to attend the prestigious National Advocacy Center (NAC) in South Carolina. The NAC is a joint venture of the National District Attorneys Association and the United States Department of Justice, where the best trial attorneys from across the nation meet to perfect their courtroom skills. The NAC is an experience that is sought out by many attorneys but realized by only a few. In 2008, Mr. Zendeh Del was again invited to attend the NAC.

Mr. Zendeh Del takes special pride in the practice of law and continuous professional development. In addition to his trial skills, he is well trained in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), receiving his Mediator Certification from The Frank Evans Center for Conflict Resolution. He is a member of many professional organizations, including The College of the State Bar of Texas (Texas Bar College), an honorary society of lawyers who are among the best trained attorneys in Texas. His excellence has been recognized with an AV Preeminent rating by Martindale-Hubbell in both Criminal Law and Litigation, and consistent Super Lawyers recognition every year since 2015 (Rising Star 2015-2021, Super Lawyer 2022-present).

Currently, Mr. Zendeh Del is expanding his expertise by pursuing an LLM in Real Property Development at the University of Miami School of Law, widely recognized as the premier real estate LLM program in the world. This rigorous program goes far beyond typical real estate law courses. The curriculum includes intensive workshops in real estate project development and document drafting, deep dives into mortgage law and land finance, practical training in commercial leasing and financial analysis, and specialized study of condominiums, cooperatives, and planned developments. Mr. Zendeh Del is also gaining expertise in emerging areas like environmental regulation of real property, green building law, and distressed property workouts.

This combination of trial advocacy mastery with sophisticated real estate knowledge creates a unique skill set that few attorneys possess. While most lawyers focus on either litigation or transactional work, Mr. Zendeh Del bridges both worlds. He can negotiate and structure complex development deals, draft construction documents, and analyze the financial aspects of transactions, all while knowing exactly how to protect clients if disputes arise. Beyond his legal practice, Mr. Zendeh Del is also the owner of TexZen Real Estate Group, LLC.
